Manage your services

Find the right place to manage each product in your customer portal.

Services

Start with the service you want to manage

Find a service in the Manage menu, then open its details to review its status, billing and available actions.

Service operations overview

Open the Manage menu and select the type of service you want to use. Open a service card to review its status, IP addresses where applicable, billing and available actions.

Dedicated servers

Manage a dedicated server: check installation progress, power, IP addresses, compatible operating systems, rescue mode and task history.

TCP Proxy

Manage TCP Proxy: review the proxy IP, backend, port mappings, traffic and source access settings.

VPS compute

  • Order VPS services through the normal product and billing flow.
  • Check runtime status, power state, uptime, and basic usage metrics.
  • Start, stop, reboot, reinstall, reset the root password, and update the applied SSH key.
  • Manage snapshots and backup operations for supported services.
  • Apply firewall policies and review service identifiers and assigned network details.

DNS and service protection

  • Create and manage DNS zones.
  • Use templates, simple record editing, raw zone-style changes, or rrset updates depending on the task.
  • For eligible services, check DNS/WAF status, toggle proxy mode or protection, run origin sync, and manage proxy settings such as SSL mode or custom loader behavior.
  • Upload or inspect custom SSL material where that protected-record workflow is enabled.

Domains

  • Search domains, check availability, and review TLD pricing.
  • Order new registrations or transfers through the customer order flow.
  • Review domain status, transfer state, and authorization-code related actions.
  • Manage nameservers, contact assignments, and WHOIS privacy or lock settings where supported by the registry and TLD.

Storage

  • Use backups today for supported VPS services, including schedule, run, restore, cancel, and cleanup actions.
  • Manage provisioned storage volume services by listing them, checking eligible attach targets, and performing attach, detach, or rename operations.
  • Treat object storage as planned until customer documentation is available.

cPanel web hosting

Use cPanel web hosting for website, mail and PHP administration. Public automation currently covers generic hosting service and billing information, not cPanel administration.

Operational building blocks

  • SSH key management is available in the portal: import, generate, export, rename, delete, and set a primary key.
  • Firewall policy management is available in the portal: create policies, update rules, choose a primary policy, and apply a policy to a VPS.

How to use this section

  1. Start with the product article that matches the service you already own.
  2. Use the API reference when you need endpoint-level behavior, scopes, or request formats.
  3. Treat planned features carefully. If the guide says a feature is planned, do not build production workflows around it yet.
